In this video report, we meet a 35 year old self-taught professional Ebru artist, Başak Kızıltoprak, who has a deep love for the art of Ebru, a traditional art of creating colorful patterns by sprinkling and brushing color pigments on a pan of oily water, then transforming it onto a special paper which has been a traditional art of book enriching calligraphy and binding books for many centuries.
